Korean exporters face tariff restructuring risk.
If the Supreme Court invalidates reciprocal tariffs but does not order refunds, Trump will use product-level tariffs to maintain tariff revenue and political support. This could mean higher product tariffs for many Korean export items, while semiconductors and autos may keep most-favored treatment. Korean exporters have already adapted to the current regime, so further restructuring is uncertain and at best neutral for them.
